To qualify, items must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, unless they were delivered in a damaged or defective condition. Please note that customized or special-order products are non-refundable unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon delivery.
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged, faulty, incorrect, or do not match the original order specifications. For health and safety reasons, opened or used medical products cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns submitted after the 30-day period or items that are missing original packaging, accessories, or components.
To begin the return process, please contact us at **** and include your order number, product details, and reason for return. Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Once received, please package the item securely, clearly mark the RMA number, and send it to the designated return address. Unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will inform you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 to 30 business days using the original payment method. For wholesale customers, refunds may be issued via bank transfer or as a credit note, in accordance with contractual terms.
