At Axis Union, we provide flexible international shipping solutions in accordance with Incoterms® 2020, ensuring clearly defined responsibilities and efficient logistics management for our global clients.

Based on your shipment size, destination, and specific requirements, we offer delivery under various Incoterms, including EXW, FOB, and CIF.

Under EXW, goods are made available at our facility, and the buyer assumes full responsibility for transportation and customs procedures.

With FOB terms, we manage export clearance and delivery to the designated vessel at the port of departure, after which responsibility transfers to the buyer.

For CIF shipments, we arrange and cover transportation and marine insurance up to the destination port, while the buyer handles import clearance and final delivery.

Shipping costs are determined by product weight, volume, and destination and are calculated and confirmed at the time of order placement.

Orders are generally prepared and dispatched within 30 business days following payment confirmation and completion of required documentation. Custom-made or special-order products may require additional processing time.

Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference and access link to monitor its progress in real time.
